Refund Policy
Warranty & Returns:
- All appliances come with a 4-month warranty (12 months for landlord packages).
- Returns are only accepted if the item has a fault and is in its original condition.
- Accidental damage is not covered under the warranty.
Inspection & Call-Out Fee:
- Returned items undergo an inspection to determine if the issue is a fault or a minor repairable problem.
- A £10.95 call-out fee applies for refund or return assessments.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items that have been tampered with or are not in the same condition as delivered will not be accepted.
