2. Product Condition & Warranty

• All products are refurbished or second-hand, tested for quality and functionality.
• We offer a 4-month warranty on all appliances (12 months for landlord packages).
• Accidental damage is not covered under the warranty.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Standard delivery time: 3-7 days.
• Next-day delivery is available for an additional £19.
• Customers will receive an email and SMS update with delivery details.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are only accepted for faulty items, and they must be in original condition.
• A £10.95 call-out fee applies for return assessments.
• Tampered or damaged items are not eligible for returns.
